Your ULoad partition is important. Here’s why:
  • Marks your load size ensuring that you only pay for the space you used.
  • Secures the area for your belongings.
  • Helps prevent your items from shifting when ropes, bungee cords, and straps have been used appropriately.*Partition is not designed to support the full weight of your belongings. Please secure your items prior to locking the partition.

After you’ve loaded up your ULoad trailer, follow the steps below to lock your partition successfully and ensure a safe, secure, and affordable move.

Locking Your ULoad™ Partition

Step-1

Stay safe. Always wear protective gloves. If you can, use two people to lock the partition instead of one.

Step-2

Align the partition panel with the linear foot marker slots on the side of the trailer closest to your belongings. Place the T-shaped brackets of each bar firmly into the slots. Once firmly locked, angle this panel slightly to aid in locking the second panel.

Step-3

Attach the second panel on the opposite side using the same linear foot marker slot found directly across the trailer. Again, place T-shaped brackets firmly into the slots.

Step-4

Bring both panels toward each other. When both panels are aligned, connect the bulkhead panels together by sliding the load bar ends together. Align the pinholes on the load bar and insert the locking pins through the top and bottom bars.

Step-5

Find the black handle on top and bottom load bars. Using an open palm, close the mechanism and lock each closed handle through the designated latch.

Removing Your ULoad Partition

Step-1

Stay safe. Always wear protective gloves. If you can, use two people to remove the partition instead of one.

Step-2

Free the handles of any locks or security devices. Firmly hold the handle down while pressing the silver release button to slowly release the handle. Do this for both load bars while firmly gripping the handle.

Step-3

Remove the locking pin from top and bottom bars.

Step-4

Grasp the load bars from the bottom, pushing up to release the T-shaped brackets from the linear foot marker slots.

Step-5

Slide the load bars apart and carefully place the partition walls to the side. After removing the partition, you’ll now be able to unload your ULoad trailer successfully.
